Simply Input pdf files from the major rental prop and costume houses, (they can email these when you pick up) and use your camera to check off the items. You can also add a note about an item, or manually toggle the check status.
Note-The pdfs have to be very square. Scans of physical paperwork will work, if they are square. The originals as emailed by production will always work perfect, scans may miss an item or two.
